Several platinum complexes were synthesized. The identity of these complexes was confirmed through multiple technologies, including nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis, and X-ray crystallography. The intriguing photophysical and thermal properties of these complexes are reported.
