Different pubs adopt different themes and this project will examine some of the newly organised pubs in Dublin. Firstly, this thesis will discuss the basis for this research project and outline some examples on which it is born. It will outline the content of the following topics and give a brief overview of each topic. Rather than following the usual format of chapter headings, this thesis will take an extended essay format with various topic headings.
