Form follows finance? ...finance follows form?

This dissertation aims to develop a first understanding of the office market requirements of firms in the financial sector with a view to obtaining a better basis for public and private investment. The study also seeks to oiutline which areas in the Maltese Islands are most sought after by financial firms together with the structural form, aesthetics and floor plate requirements commonly requested by such firms.
