Hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan prestasi kerja pada agen asuransi PT. Prufamily Investa Malang

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini bertujan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri pada agen di PT. Prufaimly investa Malang. (2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat prestasi kerja pada agen di PT. Prufaimly investa Malang. (3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan prestasi kerja di PT. Prufaimly investa Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan dua variabel, variable bebas (X) adalah efikasi diri dan variable terikat (Y) adalah prestasi kerja. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian populasi yaitu 50 respon denagen asuransi PT. Prufaimly investa Malang. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala likert. Analisa yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dengan bantuan program SPSS16.0 for Windows. Dari hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan tingkat efikasi diri agen asuransi PT. Prufaimly investa Malang sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 26 agen asuransi (51%) dari 50 responden. Serta tingkat prestasi kerja agen asuransi PT. Prufaimly investa Malang. Sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori sedang, yaitu sebanyak 36 agen asuransi (76%) dari 50 responden. Hasil dari korelasi antara efikasi diri dengan prestasi kerja agen asuransi PT. Prufaimly investa Malang menunjuk kan rxy = 0.622. diketahui bahwasanya efikasi diri memiliki korelasi kearah positif dengan prestasi kerja. Dengan demikian semakin baik efikasi diri seorang agen asuransi, maka semakin biak pula prestasi kerjanya. ENGLISH: This study aims to (1) To determine the level of self-efficacy at the agency at the PT. Prufaimly Investa Malang. (2) To determine the level of performance at the agency at the PT. Prufaimly Investa Malang. (3) To determine the relationship between self-efficacy with job performance in PT. Prufaimly Investa Malang. The research method used is quantitative descriptive by using two variables, the independent variable (X) is a self-efficacy and the dependent variable (Y) is performance. In this study using the study population is 50 respondents insurance agent PT. Prufaimly Investa Malang. The scale used in this study is a Likert scale. The analysis used is product moment correlation with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The analysis of the research, the level of self-efficacy insurance agent PT. Prufaimly Investa Malang mostly fall into the category of being as many as 26 insurance agents (51%) of the 50 respondents. and the level of job performance insurance agent PT. Prufaimly Investa Malang. Most fall into the category of being, as many as 36 insurance agents (76%) of the 50 respondents. Results of the correlation between self-efficacy with an insurance agent job performance PT. Prufaimly Investa Malang shows r xy = 0622. known that self-efficacy correlated positively towards the performance. Thereby good self-efficacy an insurance agent, then the cud also his performance.
