Pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility dan good corporate governace sebagai variabel pemoderasi: Studi pada perusahaan manufaktur di bursa efek Indonesia 2011-2013

INDONESIA: Tujuan didirikannya sebuah perusahaan, Salah satunya adalah untuk mencapai keuntungan maksimal atau laba yang sebesar-besarnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruh ini lain perusahaan adalah kinerja keuangan. Akhir-akhir ini, banyak perusahaan semakin menyadari pentingnya menerapkan program Corporate Sosial Responsibility dan melalui tata kelola perusahaan yang baik atau Good Corporate Governance yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan pengungkapan Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam rentang tahun 2011-2013. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan dengan Uji Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan karena tidak semua investor melihat kinerja keuangan untuk mengukur nilai perusahaan. Disamping Kinerja Keuangan yang akan dilihat pengungkapan CSR dapat memperkuat kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai yang menjadi nilai plus menambah kepercayaan para investor sehingga menjadi berdampak positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, GCG tidak dapat mempengaruhi hubungan antara kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan diduga terjadi adanya management entrenchment yang menyatakan kepemilikan insider yang tinggi dalam penentuan kebijakan mengakibatkan pemilik tidak mampu menjalankan mekanisme control . ENGLISH: The objective of establishing a company, One is to achieve the maximum benefit or profit maximization. One of the factors that influence the performance of these companies are financial. Lately, many companies are increasingly aware of the importance of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility program and through good corporate governance or GCG which is expected to provide and enhance shareholder value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the effect of the financial performance of the value of the company with the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as moderating variables. This study uses quantitative methods. This study sample in are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the range of 2011-2013. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and the Test Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results of research by linear regression analysis showed that the financial performance not significant effect on the value of the company because not all investors see financial performance to measure the value of the company. Besides financial performance will be seen CSR disclosure can strengthen the financial performance of the value of the plus value add investor confidence so that it becomes a positive impact on the value of the company. However, GCG not affect the relationship between the financial performance of the value of the company is thought to occur for management entrenchment stating high insider ownership in policy decisions resulting in the owners are not able to run the control mechanism
