Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of polished zirconia (PZ) and glazed zirconia (GZ) on the 2-body wear resistance (vertical substance loss) of seven commercially available denture teeth made of different resins. Material and Method: Eight groups (n=10) of denture teeth and one control group (natural teeth) were selected. Two sets of each group were prepared along with two groups of natural molars as control groups (n=10). Two sets of 90 antagonist surfaces made from PZ and GZ. Each group of teeth and its respective zirconia antagonists were mounted on the Alabama wear device and loaded for 400,000 cycles.
