Por consiguiente, el siguiente estudio de campo surge con el fin de mejorar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega en una pyme joyera. El objetivo principal es cumplir con las fechas de entrega a través de la optimización de los procesos productivos eliminando actividades de valor no agregado, aplicando las herramientas 5S, SMED y SLP.
