Lean healthcare implementation proposal to increase the level of patient satisfaction in a company that manages otupatient care

This article seeks to apply the Lean Healthcare engineering technique in the management of dermatology outpatient clinics. It was concluded that the adoption of Lean Healthcare can significantly favor the optimization of clinics' internal processes, ranging from patient reception to care and departure. To achieve the objectives, research methods were used that included the analysis of related literature, the study of successful cases and the collection of data directly on the spot. Likewise, historical data from the same company were collected, analyzed and compared with the results reported in the cases of the reviewed literature.
