As a graduate of the Systems Engineering program at the University of Lima, I have gained valuable experience across diverse fields of knowledge and business. This journey has equipped me with the skills to tackle challenges and cultivate expertise, continually enhancing my professional trajectory. My involvement spans areas such as Information Technology, Business Development, and Administration. I have actively participated in project management, overseeing services related to application maintenance, software development, quality assurance, business process models, agile methodologies, process automation (RPAs), and operational support, among other domains. Throughout my career, I have consistently applied the knowledge gained during my university education to various domains, showcasing a high level of professionalism. Leveraging my analytical and managerial skills, I have successfully proposed and implemented innovative solutions, fostering continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all projects in which I have been engaged. In my present position as IT Operations Manager, I have successfully leveraged my expertise by overseeing projects of diverse scopes and effectively managing cross-functional teams. Furthermore, I have played a pivotal role in fostering business growth by identifying opportunities within both new and existing client bases.
