Esto se debe a que no cuentan con un proceso estandarizado y una adecuada gestión de mantenimiento de las máquinas. Es por este motivo que se realizó un análisis del diagnóstico inicial a una empresa MYPE dedicado al estampado textil, esta presentó problemas en el área de diseño y estampado. En base a ello, la presente investigación desarrolló un modelo propuesto que contribuye en la reducción el índice de devoluciones, mejora de la organización de las áreas de trabajo y optimizar los tiempos de entrega. El modelo de producción se desarrolla en base a las herramientas Lean BPM (Business Process Management) y TPM (Total Productive Management); todo mediante un enfoque de mejora continua 5s.
