Caso de estudio: Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI)

The purpose of this work is to get the degree of Bachelor of Administration; which is based on the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), a state institution where I am currently working, so I will use my work experience in addition to theorical information acquired from different authors and academic information to finally be able to propose a reformulation of the strategy that has been carried out at the INEI. Regarding the entity, we can affirm that it is an autonomous entity that was created in 1990 and is the central and governing body of the National Statistical System; responsible for managing and supervising the country's official statistical activities to offer different types of studies, reports, ratings, etc. The principal activity of the INEI is to supply the state and all the organizations that need relevant information for their management and for decision-making in the public and private sectors so that in this way policies can be created with which to improve the quality of life of people in Perú. As mentioned previously, in this work an improvement proposal will be made to optimize the development of activities and add value to the company.
