Tendencia ecológica como influencia en el comportamiento del consumidor para incentivar el uso de las pastas dentales en pastillas – zona 7 Lima Metropolitana

This research has a mixed approach, of applied type, correlational descriptive scope and non-experimental design - transversal which seeks to know the relationship between the ecological trend of zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima in 2020 and consumer behavior regarding the purchase of toothpaste in pills. Therefore, after analyzing various national and international investigations, a survey was conducted of 325 individuals from the aforementioned area who also belong to socioeconomic level A and B. In addition, a structured interview was conducted with dentists, the CEO of one of the most famous eco-friendly stores in the country and the creator of the most recognized startup that makes toothpaste pills in Peru. It was possible to obtain as a result that the biased inhabitants consider that there is indeed an ecological trend in growth due to the importance that young millennials give to previously collect the information of the inputs and processes that are used to elaborate the products they consume daily before making a purchasing decision.
