Hacia una nueva generación de servicios de salud a través de plataformas digitales en la clínica Centenario - Asociación Peruano Japonesa

The objective of this report is to describe the experience and knowledge acquired during this journey of more than 20 years of my professional career in different multinational companies, clients and industry sectors that have given me the technological solidity to be able to contribute to the process of digital transformation of many companies, including the Centennial Clinic of the Peruvian-Japanese Association (APJ), the axis of this work from 2015 to December 2021. This experience is one of the most enriching due to the positive impact that it currently generates for patients. Technical Capacity, design a new architecture of telecommunications networks, data center, and systems that served as solid foundations with the capacity to evolve towards a hybrid cloud platform, which would be in charge of supporting the transformation process of the institution and allowing new capabilities digital. Management Capacity describes the results of my management in the process of transformation and modernization of the technology area of the Japanese Peruvian Association, the benefit obtained by the new IT infrastructure, the business intelligence platform; and leadership to revive operations during the pandemic. During my professional career I have had the opportunity to continue training through technology courses and certifications, as well as soft skills that have complemented my professional development in the sales and consulting area as described in the Continuous Learning section. For Ethical Conduct, he used the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) as a reference guideline for my ethical and professional conduct at work. Finally, share the experiences and lessons learned in my career.
