For the analysis, the papers that were reviewed were the ones that addressed ADHD and interpersonal relationships with peers in school-age children (n=10). The methodology used in the works found was mostly quantitative and correlational. In general, the relationship between both variables was significantly negative. El objetivo del presente trabajo es conocer los datos que expresan relación entre el Trastorno de déficit de atención e hiperactividad y las relaciones interpersonales con sus pares en niños de edad escolar. Se realizó una revisión aplicada siguiendo la guía PRISMA (Urritia & Bonfill, 2013). La búsqueda se realizó en las bases de datos electrónicas Scopus, Scielo y Web of Science. Para el análisis se seleccionaron 10 estudios que abordaban el TDAH y las relaciones interpersonales con sus pares en niños en edad escolar. La metodología que se utilizó en los trabajos encontrados fue en su mayoría cuantitativa y correlacional. En general, la relación de ambas variables fue significativamente negativa.
