Mejora de procesos en la planificación y ejecución de servicios de mantenimiento del sistema eléctrico

The objective of this document is to show the results obtained after the implementation of improvements in the sales, planning and execution processes of electrical maintenance services based on the use of engineering tools for continuous improvement. The results obtained at the end of the study show an average increase of 5.1% obtained on the profitability of the executed services due to the improvement in the sales process. Likewise, with the optimization in the planning process, an annual saving of 369,600.00 soles was achieved, finally, and with the improvements in the execution process linked to good practices and the correct use of tools and equipments, profitability increased by 2.6% on the services performed.
