Second, it was determined that the optimal location of the plant will be in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho in the province of Lima, Lima - Peru, whose size will be delimited by the previously mentioned market demand. Likewise, it will have an annual processing capacity of 14,255 mats and a break-even point of 6,558 rubber mats per year. Third, after calculating the costs and expenses required for the start-up of the project, a total investment amount of S/ 1,085,933 is estimated, financed 60% by own capital and 40% with a bank loan. La investigación tendrá como mercado objetivo a personas en Lima Metropolitana que pertenezcan al NSE A y B entre las edades de 13 a 55 años. Primero, se elaboró un estudio de mercado con la aplicación de 385 encuestas a partir de las cuales se comprobó que existe un mercado insatisfecho que estaría dispuesto a adquirir colchonetas deportivas eco amigables. Este mercado se traduce en una demanda proyectada para el 2027 – fin del horizonte de vida del proyecto – de 12,929 Cauchonetas. Segundo, se determinó que la localización óptima de la planta será en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho en la provincia de Lima, Lima – Perú, cuyo tamaño estará delimitado por la demanda del mercado mencionada previamente.
