El impacto del uso de la automatización robótica de procesos en la motivación interna laboral en Votorantim Internacional CSC

The present research aims to evaluate the impact of the use of robotic process automation in different positions of the internal work motivation of Votorantim Internacional CSC employees. The tools used for data collection were: The Job Diagnostic Questionnaire (JDS), based on the model of job characteristics, which was applied to a group of 89 workers; and the telephone interviews that were applied to six workers as a complement to the investigation. The results obtained showed that the use of robotic process automation at work generates a positive impact on the following variables: the motivational potential of the position, the significance experienced, the responsibility experienced and the internal motivation at work. On the other hand, it was found that the use of the tool has a negative impact on the variable of knowledge of the results. According to the analysis of these results, it is necessary to pay more attention to the automation tool, due to its impact on the organization and people, without relegating the importance of good human management and the involvement of workers in the implementation of this technology.
