For this reason, it is proposed to increase the service level through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques, seeking to reduce downtime and optimize the production process. A qualitative and quantitative investigation will be carried out with the data and observations collected. Additionally, the research will estimate the increase in the service level generated by the implementation of lean techniques, as well as the projected technical, economic, and social benefits. Esta organización tiene como visión el ser una empresa líder, destacada por su alta calidad, innovación y servicio al cliente. La empresa en estudio presenta problemas respecto al tiempo de entrega de los pedidos, debido a que existen procesos que ocasionan pérdidas innecesarias de tiempo, así como también la falta de planificación. Esto se ve reflejado en un bajo nivel de servicio, incumpliendo con los pedidos programados. Por este motivo, se propone incrementar el nivel de servicio mediante la aplicación de técnicas lean buscando reducir los tiempos muertos y optimizar el proceso de producción. Se realizará una investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa con los datos y observaciones recolectados. Asimismo, la investigación estimará el incremento del nivel de servicio generado por la implementación de las técnicas lean, así como los beneficios técnicos, económicos y sociales proyectados.
