Implementación de la metodología de las 5 S para mejorar la productividad en el área de almacén de la empresa casa Mitsuwa S.A.

This research work consists in the improvement of the warehouse area of the Mitsuwa S.A company, whose activity is the commercialization of sports products, implementing the 5S methodology. For the implementation of this methodology, a preliminary study was carried out to diagnose the current situation of the company, obtaining as a result that the warehouse area was a critical point. The work schedule and the creation of the 5S Committee for the respective control and monitoring of activities were developed. After the implementation of the 5S methodology with the help of tools such as the application of the red cards, the labeling of the items, the constant training of the staff, the cleaning schedules, the signage within the area, it was concluded that The application of the 5 S improvement methodology will optimize the order of the warehouse, allowing us to observe the clearest changes in the company, such as the reduction of delivery time, the density presented by the warehouse, inventory age, accessing set the development in order to achieve continuous improvement in the company.
