La réforme du Conseil de sécurité et les relations internationales. Processus, Acteurs et Enjeux

The UN has committed in recent years in a long process of reform to adapt to the changing world. If several reforms have emerged, Member States are unable to agree on the content of the reform of the Security Council. The present thesis analyzes this process through the positions of the players to highlight the issues of the reform in international relations from the perspective of power.
