Policymakers at other youth soccer clubs, the provincial and national organizations were also interviewed to add to the depth of the landscape regarding policy development and implementation. Results showed that while policy development, including language, is still in its early stages, decision-makers at all levels were open to discussing the topic and their lived experiences.
