<p>The author discusses the grant writing process for the Georgia Ballet. A variety of grants proposals are written, including ones seeking project and event support, operating support, and scholarship funding, Both government organizations and private foundations are approached, including Georgia Council for the Arts, The Kroger Foundation, The Katherine John Murphy Foundation, and The Macy’s Foundation.</p>
