The quality of transportation service is investigated via an assessment of U.S. motor carriers' evaluation of their Mexican motor carriers' partner(s) performance and quality of service. Additionally, U.S. motor carriers' evaluation of various aspects of the border crossing procedures are ascertained and selected public policy issues in cross-border trucking to Mexico are addressed.
