This thesis explains the feasibility of the technical methodology and cost-benefit in development of the full-scale project. The prototypes are created by using state of the art software programming. Many combinations of software and approach are adapted in the project. The 3D urban intersection model, which was made from scratch, is simulated as a pilot model. The result shows the possibility to develop the full-scale project with technical methodology.
