Nursing staff both qualified and unqualified attended semi-structured interviews with the main researcher. These interviews were analyse using Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The data was analysed and the emerging themes are presented and discussed at length, drawing upon existing literature to discuss the implications.
