The significant differences in the data were the time required and the satisfaction of the participants. The CBT was significantly faster but was not well liked by most participants. The FTF was preferred but required more time to complete. CBT appears desirable from a long term financial standpoint due to its ease of presentation and lower time consumption, however it takes longer to produce and is more difficult to change.
