This study employed a quantitative research design using survey methods. The instrument in this study was modified from its original version and utilized by Megan E. DiPaola-Allen in her study <em>Elementary Principals’ Perceptions Regarding Bully Prevention Activities</em> (2013). The survey was sent electronically to eight urban, eight suburban and eight rural public high school principals in Georgia through Survey Monkey. Of the 24 principals surveyed, 100% participated in the study.
