These handmade functional objects celebrate aspects of nature I encounter on a daily basis. Each place setting is crafted to enhance the pleasure of eating and drinking while fostering a connection to the natural world. <br /> <br /> I have long held an interest in the human connection to nature, which was fostered by both my parents and oldest brother. As a child I was encouraged to observe wildlife and to read about the natural world.
