We will compare the effectiveness of three common algorithms to solve binary systems. The methods used are the Algebraic Reconstruction Technique (ART), Cimmino (CIM), and Diagonally-Relaxed Orthogonal Projections (DROP) algorithms. These reconstruction algorithms will be transformed into binary reconstruction algorithms through the binary steering technique. A new binary steering technique was developed to improve the convergence of the binary steering algorithms.
