Based on 1991-2004 international strategic alliance development models, a three-stage Dynamic Domestic Sustainable Competitiveness Development Model of Strategic Alliance was developed. It consists of Start-up Period, Adaptation Process and Transformation/termination. With the presence of dynamic business entities, strategic alliance projects inevitably face Competitive Challenge from time to time.
