IT HAS BEEN GIVEN IN DETAIL THE DEFINITION OF THE NETWORK CAPACITY AND HAVE BEEN STUDIED THE PARAMETERS THAT MUST BE TAKEN UNDER CONSIDERATION SUCH AS THE TRIP DISTRIBUTION, THE RELATION BETWEEN THE PEAK CHARACTERISTICS FOR THE TWO DIRECTIONS, THE GEOMETRIC FEATURE OF THE ROADS AS WELL AS THE ROAD CAPACITY ETC. IN THIS STUDY IT HAS BEEN FORMULATED A MATHEMATICAL MODELAND SOLUTION OF THE ALGORITHMS FOR THE AUTOMATIC CHOICE OF THE ONE WAY ROADS DIRECTION WITH THE USE OF COMPUTER. FOR THIS REASON A NUMBER OF DATA CONCERNING THE NETWORK CAPACITY, THE BEST SERVICE OF THE MAIN DIRECTION, THE BETTER ACCESSIBILITY OF VARIOUS DISTRICTS AS WELL AS THE PRIORITY OF SATISFACTION OF CITY'S NEEDS WERE USED.
