FOR THIS PURPOSE WE HAVE CHOSEN 28 TORRENTS IN THE BASIN OF WHICH WE HAVE MEASURED THE RAINS AND THE CORRESPONDING RUN-OFF (DISCHARGE). THESE MEASUREMENTS TOOK PLACE DURING THE 1983-1989 PERIOD.
