REGARDING THE MORPHOLOGY OF INCOMPATIBILITY IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT IN THE TWO SPECIES IS OF THE GAMETOPHYTIC TYPE, WHERE THE REACTION OCCURS AS THE GERMINATING POLLEN TUBES PENETRATE THROUGH THE STYLE. CRITICAL TIME FOR THE HOURS AFTER THE POLLINATION AND IN THE ALMOND THE 72 HOURS RESPECTIVELY. FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE BIOCHEMICAL CHANGES THAT ARE POSSIBLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE INCOMPATIBLE POLLEN TUBES REJECTION PROCESS THE METHOD OF ELECTROPHORESIS IN POLYACRYLAMIDE GEL IN THE PRESENCE OF SDS (SODIUM DODECYL SULFATE) WAS USED. THE SEPARATION AND COMPARATIVE STUDY OF TOTAL SOLUBLE PROTEINS EXTRACTED FROM EACH SPECIES FLORAL PARTS IN CERTAIN TIMEPERIODS AFTER THE POLLINATION SHOWED SOME DIFFERENCES AMONG THE STYLE PROTEIN PATTERNS ESPECIALLY NEAR THE INCOMPATIBILITY CRITICAL TIME.
