ΜΕΤΑΒΟΛΙΣΜΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΦΩΣΦΟΡΟΥ ΣΤΑ ΕΡΥΘΡΟΚΥΤΤΑΡΑ ΤΕΛΕΙΟΜΗΝΩΝ ΝΕΟΓΝΩΝ ΣΤΗ ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ ΤΟΥ ΠΡΩΤΟΥ ΧΡΟΝΟΥ ΖΩΗΣ
Abstract
dc:descriptionWE STUDIED NORMAL FULL TERM, NEWBORNS ON THE 4TH DAY OF LIFE AND NORMAL INFANTSIN THE 3RD, 6TH, 9TH AND 12TH MONTH OF THEIR LIVES . WE DETERMINED THE LEVELS OF INORGANIC PHOSPHATE (P1) IN PLASMA AND RED BLOOD CELLS, PLASMA CALCIUM, HT AND THE ORGANIC METABOLITES OF ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE (ATP) AND 2,3 DIPHOSPHOGLYCEROTE (2,3 DPG) IN CRYTHROCYTES. THE PLASMA CALCIUM (P1CA) INCREASED TILL THE 6TH MONTH OF LIFE AND THEN BY THE END OF THE FIRST YEAR IT FELL TO LOWER THAN THE BASIC LEVELS. THE PLASMA (P1(PIP) WAS REDUCED TILL THE 6TH MONTH OF LIFE ANDAFTER THEN IT REMAINED STABLE. THE RED BLOOD CELL'S P1 (RBCP1) INCREASES DURING THE 12 MONTHS. THE RATION RBCP1 IS LOW AFTER BIRTH AND IT INCREASES TILL THE 6TH MONTH OF P1P1 OF LIFE WHEN IT REACHES THE VALUE OF NORMAL ADULTS ATP INCREASES TILL THE 9TH MONTH. 2,3 DPG FALLS TILL THE 6TH MONTH IT INCREASES TILL THE 9TH MONTH AND THEN IT REMAINS STABLE. ALSO IN OUR STUDY WE SEE A PARALLEL FALL OF HT AND 2,3 DPG. HENCE IT SEEMS THAT THE ORGANIC AND INORGANIC PHOSPHATES METABOLISM IN THE ERYTHROCYTES AND PROBABLY IN OTHER CELLS TOO, FOLLOWS A DIFFERENT PATTERN THAN THAT OF PLASMA PHOSPHATE DURING THE FIRST YEAR OF LIFE.
