Abstract
dc:descriptionEXPERIMENTS FOR THE STUDY ON THE THERMODYNAMIC EQUILIBRIUM OF THE SYSTEM H2S/H2/SI (I=1,...,8) IN THE GAS PHASE HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT IN AN A-AL2O3 TUBULAR REACTOR IN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE OF 973-1133 K AND PRESSURE RANGE OF 1,3-4,0 ATMA. THE EQUILIBRIUM OF THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN STUDIED THEORETICALLY FOR TEMPERATURES773-1373 K AND PRESSURES 0.01-5.0 ATMA. THE THERMAL HOMOGENEOUS DECOMPOSITION OF HYDROGEN SULPHIDE AND THE CATALYTIC HETEROGENEOUS ONE, WITH MOS2 PARTICLES, HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED IN AN EXPERIMENTAL TUBULAR REACTOR IN THE RANGES OF TEMPERATURE 873- 1133 K AND PRESSURE 1.3-3.1 ATMA. THE TECHNICAL KINETIC MODELS OFTHE ABOVE REACTIONS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED, THE REACTION MECHANISMS HAVE BEEN PROPOSED AND THE EFFECT OF THE TEMPERATURE AND THE OPERATION TIME ON THE CATALYTICACTIVITY HAS BEEN RECORDED.
