ΗΛΙΑΚΕΣ ΚΥΨΕΛΙΔΕΣ ΠΥΡΙΤΙΟΥ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΑΣΜΕΝΕΣ ΜΕ ΤΗ ΜΕΘΟΔΟ ΤΗΣ ΙΟΝΤΙΚΗΣ ΕΜΦΥΤΕΥΣΗΣ
Abstract
dc:descriptionTHE MONOCRYSTALLINE SILICON SOLAR CELLS WERE PREPARED WITH THE METHOD ON ION IMPLANTATION, A METHOD USED IN VISI AND LSI ETC. THE RECRYSTALLISATION OF THE CRYSTALLINES AND THE ELECTRICAL CARRIER ACTIVATION WAS OBTAINED BY LASERS (PULSE OR CONTINUOUS), E-BEAM (PULSE OR CONTINUOUS). INCOHERENT LIGHT AND WITH SELF ANNEALING THE PROFILE CONCENTRATION AND THE MOBILITY OF CARRIES WAS MEASUREDAND DETERMINED BY ETCHING THE SURFACE OF THE SAMPLES THEN THE METHOD OF THE FOUR POINTS (VAN DER PAUW GEOMETRY AND THE HALL EFFECT WERE USED). IN ORDER TOIMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CELL THE MULTIPLE IMPLANTATION WAS USED IN CHANNELING AND RANDOM CONDITIONS. PHENOMENA OF ANOMALOUS DIFFUSION WERE OBSERVED DURING ANNEALING A DEPENDING ON THE ANNEALING PROCESSING. FINALLY THE I-V, FF, AND CELL PARAMETERS WERE MEASURED FOR EACH ANNEALING METHOD WITH OR WITHOUT ANTIREFLECTIVE COATING, AND THE RESULTS WERE COMPARED.
