COLI. THE MICROORGANISMS WERE FURTHER CLASSIFIED TO BIOTYPES AND RESISTANCE PHENOTYPES. FOR THE CLASSIFICATION TO BIOTYPES, 25 BIOCHEMICAL REACTIONS WERE USED. SEROTYPING WAS PROCESSED WITH 36 MONOVALENT ANTISERA WHILE SUSCEPTIBILITY TO ANTIBIOTICS WAS CARRIED OUT WITH THE USE OF STANDARDIZED 13 SINGLE DISC DIFFUSION METHOD.
