ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗ ΧΑΡΤΟΜΑΖΑΣ ΑΠΟ ΑΧΥΡΟ ΜΕ ΤΗ ΜΕΘΟΔΟ ΟΞΥΓΟΝΟΥ
Abstract
dc:descriptionTHE OBJECT STUDIED IN THIS WORK WAS THE ONE-STAGE DILIGNIFICATION OF WHEAT STRAW AND PREHYDROLYZED WHEAT STRAW BY THE OXYGEN-ALKALI AND AIR-ALKALI METHODS. IN PARTICULAR, THE EFFECTS AND INTERACTIONS OF TEMPERATURE, TIME, SODA TYPE AND QUANTITY, SODA MIIXTURES, OXYGEN CONTENT ON THE GAS PHASE, PRESSURE, GAS FLOW RATE, PREHYDROLYSIS, ADDITIVES AND ADDITIVE MIXTURES AND CONSISTENCY WERE STUDIED WITH THE HELP OF FACTORIAL DESIGN OF EXPERIMENTS. FROM THIS STUDY, THE ADVANTAGES OF THE ROLE OF OXYGEN AT THE STRAW DELIGNIFICATION STAGE WERE CLEARLY SHOWN PURE OXYGEN GAVE BEST RESULTS IN THE CASE OF UNTREATED STRAW, ON THE OTHER HAND AIR WAS FOUND BEST ON THE CASE OF PREHYDROLYSED STRAW. OPTIMAL RESULTS IN TERMS OF PULP YIELD AND KAPPA NUMBERS WERE GIVEN WHEN ANTHRAQUINONE WASUSED AS AN ADDITIVE.
