ΘΕΡΜΙΚΗ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΑ ΤΟΥ ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ CAHP04.2H20-CA(H2P04)2.H20-SI02 ΚΑΙ ΟΞΙΝΟΘΕΡΜΙΚΗ ΕΠΕΞΕΡΓΑΣΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΦΤΩΧΩΝ ΦΩΣΦΟΡΙΤΩΝ (ΗΠΕΙΡΟΥ)
Abstract
dc:descriptionTHE STUDY OF THE DRIMONA-EPIRUS PHOSPHATE ROCK PROVED THAT IT IS A POOR PHOSPHORITES WITH MAIN USEFUL ORE THE FLUORAPATITE AND MAIN IMPURITIES QUARTZ, WHICH CAN NOT BE BENEFICIATED SATISFACTORILY FOR FURTHER WET PROCESS TREATMENT. THE UTILIZATION OF THE PHOSPHATE ROCK FOR THE PRODUCTION OF POLYPHOSPHATE FERTILIZERS, BY THE ACID-THERMAL TREATMENT, AND THE BENEFICIATION IN THE "TAIL" OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS WAS PROVED SUCCESSFULL . A STUDY OF THE THERMAL DEHYDRATION OF THE CAHPO4.2H2O- CA(H2PO4)2.H2O-SIO2 SYSTEM, (WHICH WAS THE MAIN PRODUCT FROM THE DISSOLUTION OF THE PHOSPHORITES WITH H3PO4), GAVE THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: THE MECHANISM OF THERMAL DEHYDRATION OF THE CAHPO4.2H2O IS RELATIVELY SIMPLE AND IS NOT COMPLICATED BY THE PRESENCE OF THE SIO2. THE MECHANISM OF THE THERMAL DEHYDRATION OF CA(H2PO4)2. H2O IS RATHER COMPLEX. THE CONDENSED PRODUCTS CONSISTED OF ORTHO- , POLY-, META- AND ULTRAPHOSPHATES. THE PRESENCE OF SI02 INTERVENES IN THE PROCESS, PROPORTIONALLY TO ITS AMOUNT, IN THE MECHANISM OF THE DEHYDRATION AS WELL AS GIVING RISE TO A GREATER FRACTION OF OLIGOPHOSPHATES. THE METHOD USED FOR THE DESCRIPTION OF KINETICS OF THE PHOSPHATES DEHYDRATION, IN NON-ISOTHERMAL CONDITIONS WAS DERIVATOGRAPHY WHICH WAS PROVED VERY SATISFACTORY. THEFREE ENERGY OF ACTIVATION APPEARS AS USEFUL MEASURE OF THE CORRECTNESS OF THE DEHYDRATION MECHANISM. A COMPENSATION EFFECT IN THE ABOVE PROCESS, WAS ALSO OBSERVED.
