Autonomous receivers for next-generation of high-speed optical communication networks
Abstract
dc:description.abstractAdvances in fiber optic communications and the convergence of the optical-wireless network will dramatically increase the network heterogeneity and complexity. The goal of our research is to create smart receivers that can autonomously identify and demodulate, without prior knowledge, nearly any signal emerging from the next-generation of high-speed optical communication networks.
