Die postoperative Frakturstellung war sehr gut. All data with characteristics of the fracture and defekts, treatment (use of locking-plates/screws), X-Ray, and complications were tabulated. <br>Results: <br>53 patients were treated with the 2.0-locking plate/screw system. 98 2.0-mm locking plate were applied to the 56 mandibular fractures; 16 fracture received 1 plate, 38 fractures received 2 plates and 2 fractures received 3 plates. The fracture adaptation was excellent in all cases. All fractures had healed.
