dc:description.abstractThis thesis intends to critically explore the legal obstacles currently undermining the recognition and enforcement process of foreign and international arbitral awards in the UAE arising out of the lack of the concept of international arbitration. it also tackles the practical implications caused by the lack of separate arbitration legislation and various legal aspects.
