Propaganda has evolved due to technological advancements made in media such as television and internet. We may better understand the process and function of propaganda if we examine it from an interpersonal communication standpoint. Here in a textual analysis of past propaganda and propaganda of today illustrates the evolution that has occurred. Through this examination we understand that propaganda is a dialogical process during which there is interaction between propagandist and audience. The result of this research provides a new foundation for future research in war propaganda message construction.
