Dysentery in Egypt from the clinical standpoint

In all tropical and sub- tropical countries bowel disorders are of Prìrne importance: particularly is this so in Egypt, where every newcomer develops, sooner or later, intestinal upset - popularly designated "Gippy Tummy" - possibly one attack and then apparent immunity for years, more frequently irregularly recurrent attacks.
