The presence or absence of the remains of the first workers enables us to determine the season at which interment took place","If one is provided with the cycle showing the periods of invasion of the various insects and their classification, it is an easy matter to submit the remains of insects, cocoons, nymphs, chrysalis etc., to an entomologist, who will at once be able to recognise it by its various characteristics.","We can then give it its proper place and estimate the period of death accordingly.
