Agency and community evaluations of WHWF's 2019 "Changing our forecast" report on the status of women and children in Spokane County

<p>This study was designed in response to a 21 October 2019 request from Spokane’s Women Helping Women Fund [WHWF] organization for feedback from those who had downloaded their 2019 report on the status of women and children in Spokane County, titled “Changing Our Forecast.” Feedback from relevant agencies and related individuals was solicited through a series of progressively more digital and distant qualitative methods, including face-to-face interviews, phone interviews, emailed inquiries, and online surveys; the original method of gathering data via face-to-face interviews was adapted in response to state government-mandated social distancing measures as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Results of the interviews and surveys include agency and community feedback, both positive and negative, about the report and provide directions for future research.</p>
