<p>"Movement Toward Improvement ©[superscript KAS 2011] is an original game that was developed to teach organizational communication and leadership skills. This thesis will review the research and theory that went into creating the game and the three main stages of its development. It will also describe the first testing period Movement Toward Improvement ©[superscript KAS 2011] went through, the feedback that was received, and the changes that will need to be implemented in the future to make this game more effective"--Document.</p>
