Approaches to Asymmetric Click Chemistry

CuAAC 'click' is an invaluable synthetic tool, with asymmetric examples are beginning to emerge. However no rugged asymmetric CuAAC system has to date been discovered. This project aims to develop and utilize asymmetric CuAAC reactions in the synthesis of natural product mimicking macrocycles and heterohelicines.
