Research was conducted through an extensive literature review; a survey of school policies, programs and interviews with three educators at school sites with extensive laptop usage. The conclusions of the research include the necessity of proper planning, training and curriculum integration. The findings are presented in an implantation manual that details best practices, considerations and recommendations.
