Studies show that the current practices are not giving the appropriate tools for ELL students to become language proficient at a comparable level of native English speakers. This project analyzes different practices of programs in conjunction with ESL Standards, performance test results, and brings awareness to educators, when 40% of our public school students are English Learners, and no consensus has been born for a problem whose solution is long overdue.
